Thank you for choosing Vihaan Ambulance Services. We provide emergency and non-emergency medical transport, standby ambulances, medical equipment support, body freezer services, and related services. Because many of our services are urgent and require resources to be mobilized quickly , refunds are handled carefully. This page explains when refunds may beprovided and how to request them.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund when any of the following apply:

  • The booked service was not provided or did not commence.
  • We are at fault and unable to provide the agreed service.
  • You cancel within the permitted advance notice window for scheduled services.
  • There was a billing or pricing error on our part.

Refunds are not available when the service has already been fully rendered (for example, ambulance dispatched and transport completed). or when the cancellation is due to events beyond our control (force majeure, sudden hospital restrictions, traffic/road closures not caused by our negligence, etc.).

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled / Non-Emergency Services: Cancel up to [insert hours — e.g., 12 / 24 hours] before the scheduled
time to receive a full refund. Cancellations after this window may be charged a cancellation fee or partial amount.

Emergency Services: Due to the nature of emergency dispatch, cancellations after an ambulance has been dispatched are typically not refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Deductions & Special Cases
